Events on this calendar are usually duplicated (of necessity) because they must also exist on the appropriate internal calendar to show that the hall is in use. There is no need for duplication on the off-site events calendar. The main differences from the internal calendars are: (a) the public calendar shows actual event start/finish times (as opposed hall occupancy time) and (b) full use is made of the Description field for additional details including any website links.
