DESCRIPTION:You've probably heard about the terrible events that our missi
 onaries\, Mary Beth and Bayo\, related to us about the attacks on Christia
 ns in Nigeria\, and specifically\, Christian Pastors and their families. M
 ary Beth & Bayo have given us more details about what they are hoping to d
 o to help restore and rebuild homes and support centers for pastors and t
 heir families in their area. \n\nWe would like to help them in this effor
 t\, and to that end\, have set a date to hold a kick-off fundraiser on Sun
 day\, May 17 after service. To keep it simple and straightforward\, we pr
 opose to hold a 'Bring your favorite ethnic dish' potluck with a free-will
  offering. We'll start with some appetizers after service in Fellowship Ha
 ll\, followed by a presentation by Pr. Tom. After which we will have lunc
 h/brunch.
