  wasted or that important voices were not heard when a meeting has not bee
 n designed with intention. As leaders\, it is vital that we are respectful
  of others time and that we create spaces and opportunities where our team
 s feel comfortable speaking and sharing their input. This session will add
 ress how leaders can design meetings with intention to foster efficiency\,
  effectiveness and inclusion.Objectives:At the conclusion of this activity
