 tivity Description: Walk starts from Redbank Dam\, (after meet-up at Lovej
 oy)\, walking on vehicle trail cutting through the Avisford Reserve bush c
 ulminating at Telstra tower on top of Mt Misery (approx. climb 350mts) wit
 h some easy walking and some steep climbs. Descending down mostly through 
 bush with no visible trail (makes it difficult) into the red bank valley t
 o the car park.What to Bring: PPE suitable to for walking\, BYO lunch and 
 hydration ++\, personal first aid kit\, gaiters optional\, walking poles o
