 e advantage of the MCRT to head west with fewer cars and bumps. Then head 
 up to Acton to pick up the BFRT for the ride back home. Remember to bring 
 your good manners and communication skills to the ride\, especially on the
  bike paths.\n\nRide leader will average 13-14 mph. Riders wanting a diffe
 rent pace are more than welcome to join. Please bring a friend so nobody r
