 ity to effective pathways for addressing campus concerns and conflicts. At
 tendees will gain a clearer understanding of how to navigate reporting opt
 ions and how to determine which types of concerns are best directed to eac
 h office\, helping to reduce confusion and improve response outcomes. In a
 ddition\, participants will learn about the unique\, neutral role of the O
 mbuds and how the office supports informal\, confidential conflict resolut
 ion at the departmental level. Through this overview\, attendees will buil
 d confidence in addressing community issues\, strengthen communication pra
 ctices\, and develop a deeper understanding of the resources available to 
 support a respectful and responsive learning environment.
