 ommunications Day will this year be celebrated on Sunday\, May 26\, 2019. 
 It is held on the following Sunday in many countries\, but with the Solemn
 ity of the Ascension celebrated on Sunday in Australia (June 2 this year)\
 , no longer the Thursday\, World Communications Day is marked a week earli
 er to avoid clashing with the Ascension.\n\nHopefully that clears up any c
 onfusion. As with in previous years\, the Australian Catholic Media Counci
 l will provide materials to facilitate the celebration of World Communicat
 ions Day.
