DESCRIPTION:A Rocket Lab Electron rocket topped with a Curie kickstage wil
 l launch the newest StriX satellite for Synspective\, its thirteenth sat i
 n the constellation. Rocket Lab's mission will be named "Owlright\, Owlrig
 ht\, Owlright" and will use a customized fairing.\n-\nStriX are Japanese s
 ynthetic aperture radar satellites built by Synspective for their planned 
 25 satellite constellation. They feature an X-band synthetic aperture rada
 r. The 100kg StriX operational satellites are more light weight than the 1
 50kg StriX α and β prototypes. The satellites feature two deployable pan
 els\, one side carrying solar cells\, the other carrying the X-band radar 
 antenna.\nSynspective is planning a constellation of 25 satellites that ca
 n target data with a ground resolution of 1-3m\, single polarized (VV)\, a
 nd a swath width of more than 10-30km. The StriX observation modes are Str
 ipmap and Sliding Spotlight mode and each satellite has an SAR antenna tha
 t is 5 meters in length and stowed during launch. The simple design of the
  satellites allows for affordable development of the constellation.\n-\nMo
