 NThe Koʻolau Foundation is a cultural heritage preservation program. The 
 mission is to pursue and promote Hawaiian cultural and environmental pract
 ices\, preservation and education. The cultural service work in Haʻikū 
 generally occurs on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Because the val
 ley has locked gates\, we will need to enter the valley together. The gate
 s will be locked once all our vehicles have entered the valley. We'll wor
 k until about noon\, have lunch and story-telling\, and leave the valley a
 round 1:30 pm. Mahalo for helping restore and preserve Haʻikū Valley\
 , its beauty\, and history! TO BE PREPAREDThere is no restroom in the Val
 ley. The nearest public restroom is at He’eia Neighborhood ParkWear long
  sleeves and long pantsWear closed-toe shoesBring gardening gloves and too
