  2026 are as follows:\n\nWe will be staying at the hotel for 4 nights - Th
 ursday 18 to Monday 22 June 2026.\n\nThe hotel will hold 25 rooms for us u
 ntil Christmas.\n\nAfter this time\, rooms will be returned to the hotel a
 nd any further bookings will be at normal room rates.\n\nPlease note: the 
 hotel has kindly offered us these rooms at a significant discount on the 2
 025 rates. The normal commercial rates for 2026 will probably be significa
 ntly in excess of £300.\n\nMembers will call to make their individual boo
 kings\, and will pay a £50 deposit at that time.\n\nPlease tell the hotel
  that you are with LinMog\, and let Stuart know (sac320@me.com) so he can 
 keep track of the bookings.\n\nThe room rates are as follows:\n\nCoach Hou

 Note: spa use must be booked in advance due to limited numbers in the wet 
 area at any one time and is subject to availability.\n\nNote: the main hal
 l does not have a lift\, so any guests requiring a ground floor room must 
 make this known to the hotel at the time of booking so that an appropriate
  room can be allocated.\n\nNote: twin rooms are available on request.\n\nA
  private dining room will be arranged for each evening\, menus will be org
 anised in advance and a pre-order given prior to arrival.
