 your cross-council ideas and opportunities that span teams and services (n

 nd we want to learn from what’s worked\, and tackle the challenges that 
 only change when we join up as one Council. This could be about how we bet
 ter join up from first contact with a service to resolution\, improve the 
 resident experience\, use data and technology better\, streamline ways of 
 working\, improve commercial value\, strengthen prevention\, or make bette
 r use of our assets and corporate support.Like many councils\, Sutton is w
 orking through significant financial pressures and rising demand\, so it
 ’s important we focus on improvements that will make it easier to delive
