DESCRIPTION:This professional learning series is designed to empower educa
 tors to enact the Teach. First Coaching Initiative. Through two interactiv
 e workshops\, participants will develop the skills needed to provide const
 ructive feedback\, support implementation of high-impact strategies\, and 
 guide others toward exemplary teaching practices. Workshop 1: Explore ma
 jor approaches to coaching. Learn how to provide positive and constructiv
 e feedback. • Identify missed opportunities for applying high-impact st
 rategies. Workshop 2: Recognize the features of exemplary instructional 
 practice. Develop strategies to support the implementation of effective t
 eaching methods. Plan and execute coaching initiatives within your school
  or team. Who is this workshop relevant to? School Leaders\, Teaching an
 d Learning Leaders\, Team Leaders\, and Teachers who may be involved in co
 aching and supporting their colleagues to implement Insight-aligned high-i
 mpact teaching strategies. Teachers/Leaders completing this professional 
 learning should NOT also complete the Refining High-Impact Instruction Pro
 fessional Learning (outlined on the next page).
