  on Medical Education (LCME) requires that all medical schools have an eff
 ective career advising system in place that integrates the efforts of facu
 lty members\, clerkship directors\, and student affairs staff to assist me
 dical students in choosing elective courses\, evaluating career options\, 
 and applying to residency programs. This workshop is designed to assist fa
 culty career advisors in strengthening their advising skills and utilizing
  career advising resources to aid students in finding a satisfying career 
 path.Objectives:At the conclusion of this activity\, learners should be be
 tter able to:Explain the foundational elements of vocational guidance and 
 developmental advising relevant to medical student career advising.Navigat
