 tendThe performance showcase night will be held on Wednesday 26 November
  in the G1 and G2 theatres and will be open for friends and family to att
 end. This event is compulsory for the students\, as this night will be the
 ir sole method of assessment for Drama the Term. All participating studen
 ts should arrive to the G1 theatre at least 30 minutes before their perfor
 mance\, with the first 2 groups arriving by 3:30pm\, ready to set up for t
 heir performance. Students will be welcome to eat after school before the
  performance but will need to remain at school for a final rehearsal and p
 re-show briefing. Attending families will meet in the G2 theatre for a sh
 ort introduction and briefing by the Year 9 Drama captains and may be requ
 ired to move to the performance location from there as Physical Theatre br
 eaks the norms or traditional theatre.If you would be interested in attend
 ing the free assessment showing\, please arrive at least 20 minutes befo
 re your child’s performance. If you are attending the first performance
  of the evening\, please arrive from 4:40 pm to commence the showing at 5:
 00 pm. The doors to the G2 theatre will open at approximately 4:40 pm. Th
 e evening will be concluded by 6:00 pm at the latest\, although efforts 
 will be made throughout the term to ensure the earliest finish time possib
 le. I will email a programme home closer to show day with specific perfor
 mance times attached for your reference. Once your child has finished the
 ir scene\, they are welcome to leave with their families to allow addition
 al seating for families arriving throughout the showcase.If you have any f
