One of the satel lites is known as Kestrel 0B. The mission is named "?".\n-\nHawk 15A/B/C a re 30kg satellites based on the Defiant bus by HawkEye 360 and are part of a space-based civil global intelligence network that will use radio frequ ency (RF) technology to help monitor transportation across air\, land and sea and assist with emergencies\, which is essentially a civil SIGINT (Sig nal Intelligence) mission. The constellation of small satellites\, called HawkEye\, in low Earth orbit (LEO) will collect information on specific ra dio signals worldwide to provide high-precision radio frequency mapping an d analytics.\n-\nKestrel 0B is an experimental satellite designed to evalu ate emerging capabilities and future technology enhancements. Kestrel 0B i s built in the Block 3 Lite design\, has a launch mass of 15.3kg and will operate as part of the HawkEye constellation. It differs from the standard satellites primarily in that it has an 8U CubeSat form factor and will ha ve onboard an Iridium satellite transceiver used for low-rate\, real-time two-way communications between the Kestrel 0B satellite and the HawkEye gr ound network via the Iridium constellation.
