This is a time when we will get together to do nothing\, and be with each other with no agenda. While meditation can be good in lots o f ways (stress relief\, calming the nervous system\, emotional resilience\ , untangling thoughts\, shifting perception)\, the most important thing ab out meditation is to spend a bit of time doing nothing. Counter-intuitivel y\, this doing nothing creates space to *do things*\, to create\, or to ma ke change. This doing nothing can feel nice when done together. We will c heck in and do a few stretches or some Qigong\, Kynan will lead a guided meditation\, then we will take a bit of time to connect with each other ( with some gentle facilitation) and Kynan will offer some thoughts on medit ation. There will also be the option to get dinner together afterwards. A ll levels of experience with meditation are welcome.
