DESCRIPTION:A Rocket Lab Electron rocket will launch a pair of\nsatellites
  for Open Cosmos to operate its new sovereign LEO broadband satellite cons
 tellation designed to provide independent and resilient connectivity infra
 structure for Europe and the world using high-priority Ka-band spectrum fi
 lings by the Principality of Liechtenstein\, which were previously held b
 y Rivada Space Networks. Rocket Lab's mission will be named "The Cosmos Wi
 ll See You Now".\n-\nThe demonstration satellites were manufactured at the
  Open Cosmos' headquarters in Harwell\, Oxfordshire in the UK with teams a
 cross Spain\, Portugal\, and Greece contributing. The two satellites are a
 round 100 to 150kg in mass each and will be deployed in a high LEO of 1050
 km altitude. Open Cosmos is not announcing the name of the constellation o
 r sharing the overall target number of satellites at this point.
