DESCRIPTION:https://womeninagile.eu/#home This conference is for all gend
ers\, but the stage is reserved to women and non-binary speakers only.In o
rder to gain the proven benefits for conferences that have a balanced (gen
der) diversity\,it is important to include more women (and all other ‘mi
norities') as (keynote) speakers at agile conferences.Last years we made p
rogress\, but we are not there\, yet! We still need to make the big step.T
herefor our motto this year is “Bloom\, build\, belong“.We are looking
for talks around this motto. We will elaborate on that soon. This conferen
ce will be in-person on Friday 27 November 2026 at a hotel near Barcelona\
, Spain. We have a whole day of interesting sessions\, from New Voices to K
ey Notes.Although this is a non-profit event we ask participants for a sma
ll fee for a day with lots of fun\, knowledge\, networking and practice.
