DESCRIPTION:We are relieved to let you know that our AGM will still take p
 lace on Sunday November 2nd.\n\nThe venue is Thonock Park\, The Belt Road\
 , Gainsborough\, Lincs DN21 1PZ\n\nThis was previously known as Gainsborou
 gh Golf Club\, where we had a Sunday lunch a few years ago.\n\nWe will be 
 in the Solheim Suite which is a private room up one flight of stairs.\n\nT
 he same arrangements apply in that arrival is 10.30am for tea/coffee and b
 iscuit to be paid for by LinMog. Meeting at 11am and dining at 1pm.\n\nThe
  menus are attached to our email (24-10-25) for you to make your choices a
 nd advise us asap.\n\nGluten free options are available where indicated\, 
 if you require them please advise us.\n\nYou may have any or all of the me
 ats on the carvery without specifying which\, but if you require salmon or
  the vegetable tart please advise us.\n\nCoffee/tea after lunch are £1.50
 pp\n\n \n\nAs we are so short of time for orders they have extended the o
 rdering period for us\, but we must have your choices by Thursday October 
 30th please.\n\nIf you are still just attending the meeting please let us 
 know.\n\nIf you had booked with us for Hemswell Court and are not now atte
 nding please let us know.\n\n

 All Centre officers have agreed to stand for re-election. I will stand as 
 Centre Secretary with Sue as my trusty partner\, Alan as Chair\, Barry as 
 Treasurer\, Fred as Regalia & Calendar and Sue as Media.\n\nIn the event o
 f anyone wishing to stand or proposing someone to stand ( with their agree
 ment ) for any of the positions of Chairman\, Centre Secretary\, Treasurer
 \, Regalia & Calendar\, and Media\, notifications must be sent to by me be
 fore Saturday October 18th please.\n\n \n\nSalient points on the Agenda:\
 n\nThe minutes of the 2024 AGM are on the LinMog website linmog.co.uk in t
 he members’ area. Please let me know if you don’t have the current pas
 sword for this area.\n\nDiscussion and voting on Subscriptions will be req
 uired at the meeting.  \n\nSubs pay for the website/domain name\, event e
 xpenses\, AGM teas/coffees and any sundry centre expenses\, which are offs
 et by advertising revenue from the magazine.\n\nIn addition\, volunteers w
 ill be asked to come forward for our 2025 Christmas Munch Charity Raffle a
 nd 2026 Sunday lunches/Munches/seasonal monthly events. Without organisers
  these will simply not take place so in order for LinMog to remain an acti
 ve Centre your help is required. Please do not assume that ‘someone else
 ’ will volunteer as this may not be the case.\n\nThe structure and manag
 ement of the MSCC has changed in the last 12 months as you will no doubt b
 e aware. Clause 2.12 of the Centre Rules refers to National Committee Meet
 ings which no longer exist so I shall be proposing at the AGM that this cl
 ause be deleted. The Centre Rules can be viewed on the LinMog website in t
 he members’ area. If anyone has a change to the Centre Rules they wish t
 o propose they must notify me at least 4 weeks prior to the AGM i.e. befor
 e Sunday October 5th.\n\nAny Other Business (anything not itemised on the 
 Agenda) must be submitted to the Secretary 2 weeks prior to the AGM (befor
 e Saturday October 18th) so it can be distributed to members to allow them
  to comment or vote at the AGM. General discussion at the meeting is fine\
 , but no votes or changes can take place unless notified by the due date\,
  in accordance with the Centre Rules.\n\nPlease advise me if you will be a
 ttending the meeting before Saturday October 18th\, even if you’re not d
 ining\, as numbers are required for teas/coffees\, seats and documents.\n\
 nTea/coffee and biscuits will be provided FOC by LinMog at 10.30am followe
