DESCRIPTION:A Mitsubishi Heavy Industries H3 rocket will launch on a test 
 flight for the core-only variant\, lifting a collection of smallsats to o
 rbit. Proposed payloads are PETREL (Tokyo Institute of Technology\, ~50kg)
 \, STARS-X (Shizuoka University\, ~50kg)\, VERTECS (Kyushu Institute of Te
 chnology\, 6U CubeSat)\, HORN L/R (BULL\, Japan\, 6U CubeSats x 2) and BRO
 -19 (Unseen Labs\, France\, 8U CubeSat). Additionally it will carry the Ve
 hicle Evaluation Payload-5 (VEP-5). The mission is designated as H3TF3?. T
 he launcher will fly as 30S variant with three main engines\, zero solid s
 trap-on boosters and a short fairing.
