 n its second orbital flight. It will lift off from a sea platform in the S
 outh China Sea\, just 4km south of Jeju Island\, and will place a small sy
 nthetic aperture radar (SAR) prototype satellite for Hanwha into orbit. T
 he four stage launcher doesn't have a public name and is known as Solid Fu
 el Space Launcher (고체연료 우주발사체\, Goche Yeollyo Uju Balsac
 he\, GYUB). It uses solids for three stages and liquid propulsion on the f
