DESCRIPTION:They invite people to limit the sensory input in the environme
 nt during this hour\, including lighting and sound. They encourage people 
 to wear hoodies\, which many autistic people wear as a subtle way to block
  out overwhelming sensory input. Our students are encouraged to bring/wear
  a hoodie to school on this day with normal/p.e uniform and during block 4
  we will be hosting our own 'quiet hour' with lights off and sound down. T
 here is no cost or fundraising involved with this event.
