DESCRIPTION:A Rocket Lab Electron rocket topped with a Curie upper stage w
 ill launch the QPS-SAR 13 satellite (named Mikura-I) for iQPS of Japan. R
 ocket Lab's mission will be named "The Grain Goddess Provides" and fly wit
 h an extended fairing.\n-\nQ-shu Pioneers of Space – Synthetic Aperture 
 Radar (QPS-SAR) are operational satellites in a series of small high-resol
 ution SAR (synthetic aperture radar) Earth observation sats by the QPS Ins
 titute (iQPS). The 100kg satellites feature a 3.6m diameter antenna of onl
 y 10kg. It can distinguish objects 1 meter long and identify cars on the r
 oad. Compared to the prototypes (QPS-SAR 1\, 2)\, these satellites have in
 creased power due to two deployable solar arrays and increased battery cap
 acity. They also feature thrusters for station keeping. The planned conste
 llation will have 36 satellites.\n-\nDelayed from late May and June 30. Ab
