DESCRIPTION:At the staff conference and recent budget live stream we spoke
  about the next steps the Council needs to take as part of our One Sutton 
 programme. This month\, we are hosting a livestream to discuss this. We k
 now that we have a £30 million budget gap over the next three years. So f
 ar\, we have done great things across the Council to deliver savings while
  keeping service delivery high. To meet this next challenge\, we are goin
 g to have to take a more cross-council approach to change. The next stage
  of One Sutton will need to draw on all of our professional experience to 
 make these changes so that we are a council fit for the future. We’ve al
 so brought in some partners\, Inner Circle Consulting and PPL\, to work al
 ongside us to help us to deliver this.  The live stream will be an oppor
 tunity to talk about the programme\, hear from colleagues and our partners
