 rward to seeing you at the meeting spot by Kamehameha preschool.  If you
  registered for this event but are prevented from coming\, it is important
  to let us know - even if it is at the last minute.  We will be leaving 
 the meeting site at exactly 9:00 am\, and caravan up to Kanehekili Heiau a
 rea through several locked gates. So\, if you wish to participate\, you MU
 ST arrive by 9 am - it's quite a drive up the mountain to our work site\, 
 and we don't plan on coming back down to retrieve late-comers.Call us at (

  Koʻolau Foundation is a cultural heritage preservation program. The miss
 ion is to pursue and promote Hawaiian cultural and environmental practices
 \, preservation and education. The cultural service work in Haʻikū gene
 rally occurs on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Because the valley 
 has locked gates\, we will need to enter the valley together. The gates wi
 ll be locked once all our vehicles have entered the valley. We'll work un
 til about noon\, have lunch and story-telling\, and leave the valley aroun
 d 1:30 pm. Mahalo for helping restore and preserve Haʻikū Valley\, it
 s beauty\, and history! TO BE PREPAREDThere is no restroom in the Valley.
