DESCRIPTION:We emailed you recently with regard to a visit to Wollaton Hal
 l\, see below.\n\nThey are quite difficult to deal with\, but basically th
 ey are saying:\n\nWe can park our cars ( Morgans only ) outside the Hall i
 f we arrive at 10.30am. We think this is free\, but normal parking is £5.
 \n\nThe price of the tour is £15pp\n\nWe can have a private tour at 11am 
 ( pre-paid by you to us and then from us to them ) as long as there are 20
  of us. Otherwise everyone would have to book individually online.\n\nThe 
 Tudor Kitchens are accessible via the lift\, and then there is a staircase
  for access to the Admiral’s bath. There is no alternative to the steps 
 for the Prospect Room and half-roof.\n\nThe full tour is approximately 45m
 ins – an hour long.\n\nCould you therefore please let us know if you wou
 ld like to attend this event so that we can see if we meet the required nu
 mber of 20 people.\n\nUPDATE\nArrangements for Wollaton Hall have now been
  finalised and details are below.\n\nPlease read them\, even if you’re n
 ot booked\, as we are now running a cancellation list\; and definitely rea
 d them if you are booked as they contain payment details.\n\nBooked: John/

 20.\n\nCancellation: Stuart/Keri.\n\n \n\nOur private tour is at 11am on 
 Thursday July 9th\, Morgans need to be parked by 10.30am outside the Hall\
 n\nThey have given us special rates as it should be £15pp per visit\, £8
 pp for the private tour and £6 parking.\n\nThey are charging us £15pp al
 l inclusive and allowing us to park Morgans in front of the Hall.\n\nIf we
  pay by bank transfer it will be a lot of messing about and you will have 
 to pay now as it will have to be paid to Nottingham County Council by LinM
 og after it’s collected from attendees then passed to Wollaton. The easi
 est way is for us to pay on credit card and then re-coup from LinMog.\n\nW
 e must pay Wollaton by Monday June 29th. In order for all payments to be r
 eceived by LinMog to enable a transfer to us you must therefore pay LinMog
  before we go away on our summer weekend ie by Wednesday June 17th. This g
 ives us chance to chase anyone who hasn’t paid after we come back before
  we make payment.\n\nYou can pay LinMog now if you wish\, but reminders wi
 ll be sent out nearer the time to make payment by Wednesday June 17th.\n\n
