 f abundance. Our kūpuna knew and celebrated the importance of food. Ipu-o
 -Lono workdays continue this ancestral celebration. Work with our Mahi ʻ
 Āina staff in the garden to feed our community. Help and learn to care fo
 r space and soil - feeding\, amending\, and shaping garden beds as well as
  pulling weeds and feeding compost piles. We will also need help prepping 
 the harvest to be delivered to our community\, which entails washing\, cle
 aning\, and bagging vegetables. Expect to get dirty\, sweaty\, and wet - a

 riveway is across the wooden bridge\, on the right hand side. A hand-writt
 en sign says\, "This land is your grandmother\, and she loves YOU." Drive 
 up and park inside the area. Alternatively\, you can take the city bus as 
 far up Kalihi Street as it goes - and walk the last 10-15 min. You can fin
