DESCRIPTION:An Avio Vega C rocket\, designated VV?\, will launch ESA's & C
 AS' SMILE mission into a highly elliptical orbit. The Solar wind Magnetosp
 here Ionosphere Link Explorer (SMILE) is a joint initiative between ESA an
 d the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The 2.2 tonne spacecraft will study Ear
 th’s magnetic environment on a global scale. The aim of the mission is t
 o build a more complete understanding of the Sun-Earth connection. ESA is 
 providing the payload module\, launch vehicle\, and one of the scientific 
 instruments for SMILE\, while CAS is responsible for three scientific inst
 ruments and the mission and science operations. This is the first mission 
 handled by Avio as launch provider.\n-\nDelayed from April and September.
