 entries\, we have amazing teams of lesson developers and maintainers that 
 keep curriculum updated and improving. But instructors and learners are at
  the front lines of understanding what works and what doesn't in our lesso
 ns\, and we rely on you for contributions too!\n\nThis 1-hour session prov
 ides hands-on\, no-nonsense\, training in the basics of contributing to Ca
 rpentries lessons through Github - using issues\, pull requests\, and comm
 ents - with no need for programming\, just using the Github website. In ad
 dition\, we'll provide some tips based on experience as to what kinds of c
 ontributions are most likely to be implemented.\n\nIn the spirit of the Ca
 rpentries' values and teaching philosophy\, you will have the opportunity 
 to practice during the session. If you have an idea in mind to submit\, co
 me ready to share\, but don't worry if you don't have anything in mind alr
 eady - we'll help you find a way to contribute.\n\nYou will not need any s
 oftware installed\, but you will need a GitHub account. If you don't have
