 e form is submitted directly to Facilities staff who perform normal repair

 that cannot wait (no power\, no heat\, no water\, running water that will 
 not stop) please call the Facilities emergency phone line for immediate as
 sistance:  906-487-0001.&nbsp\; Requests for emergency repairs that are no
 t emergencies (drippy faucet\, request for a mouse trap\, burned out light
  bulb\, etc.) may be charged a $150 convenience fee for non emergency assi
 stance.
