 8306 Abstract　タンパク質の約7割近くは糖鎖が結合して
 いるが、組織や細胞によって糖鎖修飾の違いは大きい
 。とりわけ、脳にはユニークな糖鎖修飾が存在し、記
 憶や神経可塑性などの高次機能に関わることが知られ
 ている。一方で、このような糖鎖修飾が神経変性疾患
 の発症や進行に果たす役割については未解明の点が多
 い。本特論では、治療や診断に多くの課題がある原発
 性脳腫瘍、神経膠腫（グリオーマ）について、糖鎖に
 着目した診断薬開発1および治療薬療薬開発2に関する私
 達の取り組みについて紹介したい。また、高齢化に伴
 い患者数が増大しているアルツハイマー病（AD）も抗Aβ
 抗体が疾患修飾薬として使われはじめたものの、ARIAと
 呼ばれる副作用が一定数の患者に見られることが大き
 な問題となっている。後半では、血管内皮細胞に発現
 するAβ前駆体タンパク質APPの発見と、この分子の非標
 準的な糖鎖修飾と細胞内輸送経路3について述べたい。
 また、従来型のADモデルマウスの血管内皮特異的にAPPを
 発現するEC-APP770+マウスを確立し、従来型ADモデルマウ
 スと交配することで脳内実質のみならず脳内血管にもA
 βが蓄積する新規ADモデルマウスの開発に成功した4。こ
 のマウスを用いたARIAモデルマウスの作出と解析につて

 980年に誕生したPTSD概念には、一体どのような前提が潜
 んでいるのだろうか。本講義では、現在広く普及して
 いるPTSD概念がどのような前提をもとに成り立っている
 のかを概観したうえで、講師がこれまで研究してきた
 原爆被爆者の事例を通して、その前提を問い直す必要
 性を示す。最後に、私たちがどのように視点を転換す
 ることで、別の可能性を開いていくことができるのか
 、参加者のみなさんとともに考えたい。What underlying assu
 mptionsunderpin the concept of PTSD\, which emerged in 1980? In this lectu
 re\, I willfirst provide an overview of the assumptions upon which the cur
 rentlywidespread concept of PTSD is based. Then\, drawing on cases of atom
 ic bombsurvivors that I have studied\, I will demonstrate the need to reex
 amine thoseassumptions. Finally\, I would like to explore with all partici
 pants how we canopen up new possibilities by shifting our perspective.
