DESCRIPTION:The Tour itself is booked for a maximum of 30 people at 11am a
 t a cost of £15pp\n\nWe can reserve a group table in the Grain Store for 
 refreshments before the tour. If you only require beverages you can arrive
  at 10.30\, but if you require food you will need to be seated for 10am. A
 ll beverages and food must be pre-ordered and pre-paid. Tea OR Americano w
 ith a shortbread biscuit is £3.75pp for our group. If you require a diffe
 rent type of beverage you will have to let us know so that we can obtain a

 a group table for lunch after the tour at 12.30pm. We must all choose from
  the Group Visit Menu on page 4 of the PDF.\n\nAfter lunch you may wish to
  visit the shops or take an amble around the grounds of Doddington. \n\nYo
 u don’t have to be part of these group arrangements for drinks and food\
 , you may choose to ‘do your own thing’ but we cannot reserve you a pl
 ace as part of our group so you will be seated and served as part of the g
 eneral public and this may mean a long waiting period as the Estate will b
 e busy. \n\nSo if you now wish to confirm your booking please let us know 
 by email ( even if you have already expressed interest ) with an idea of w
 hether you will be attending the Grain Store before the tour ( for food or
  just beverages ) and whether you would like a place reserving for lunch a
 t 12.30. We’ll come back to you a bit nearer the time asking for your fo
 od and beverage choices so that we can calculate your payment\, unless you
