DESCRIPTION:The Ransom Prize is the Conservatorium’s annual award for co
 mposition\, celebrating the next generation of classical composers. This c
 oncert features four new works by emerging artists\, including a piece by 
 the 2025 Ransom Prize winner\, Joonwoo Kim. Each work responds to the stri
 king interior of Winthrop Hall\, taking inspiration from its arches\, vaul
 ted ceiling and majestic stained-glass window. The concert will conclude w
