BATHURST DIOCESAN INFORMATION:Date: Friday, 12th September 2025Venue: Hunter Sports Centre - 43 Stockland Dr, Glendale NSW 2285Time: 8.00am - 3.30pm Team Managers: - Meghan Beale - St Joseph's, Oberon - Alison Curtin - Holy Family, Kelso - Greg Cant - St Pius X, Dubbo - Paigan Anderson - St John's, DubboArrival: If your son / daughters event is not until later in the day you do not have to arrive at the start of the day. HOWEVER IT IS IMPORTANT TO GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO ARRIVE, PARK, COLLECT UNIFORM, RUNNING SINGLET, NUMBER AND CHECK IN WITH BATHURST TEAM MANAGER.Uniform:Diocesan Polo is compulsory. Athletes will need to wear the diocesan polo in the grandstand and for all medal presentations.Running uniforms: Runners will be supplied with a diocesan singlet but boys will need to supply their own black shorts or school sport shorts and girls will need to supply their own black/bottle green sports briefs, bike pants or school shorts. If skins are worn they must be BLACK. Remember shorts must be worn over skins. All competitors must wear shoes.The diocesan singlets will be given out on the day as the students arrive they are to be returned to the team manager after your event(s).I will try to drop Diocesan gear ordered when registering to schools in Bathurst and Orange. If I don't get it there in time I will bring it to the event. Students from all other schools will receive any Diocesan gear they ordered on arrival at the carnival.PLEASE NOTE: Bathurst Diocese has allocated an area of the grand stand that does not have seats it would be a good idea to bring chairs or rugs. Spikes:- Students using spikes in single laned events only 100m, 200m and relay. (not 800m or 1500) may do a crouch, standing or block start.- If you use blocks you must use the ones supplied by the centre- Spikes must be 7mm or under- Spikes are optional
