She’s also toured extensively with virtuoso Australian violinist Kristian Winther. Now the stars have aligned for Musica Viva Australia to present these three artists on one stage.Beethoven’s ‘Ghost’ Trio is a cornerstone of the piano trio repertoire, an imaginative work which pits heroic bravura alongside spooky beauty to make a dramatic whole. Ravel’s piano trio, meanwhile, is anchored in real life, a profound response to the First World War.
