Year 7 & Non Campers Trip to Wero

While our Year 8 students are at camp, our Year 7 and non camping students will be going to Wero Climb & Whitewater Park in Manukau for a fun day, which includes half a day of high ropes climbing and half a day of kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. The cost covers these activities and the cost of the buses to and from the venue. Date: Friday 14 NovemberTime: Leaving school at 8:45am, returning to school by 2:30pmWhere: Wero Climb and Whitewater Park, 770 Great South Road, ManukauCost: $25.00 - payable on Kindo HERETransport: BusWhat to bring: Togs, towel, packed lunch, full water bottle, sun hat, sunscreen, school jersey or jacket. What to wear: Children are to come to school in their PE uniform and will change into their togs at the venue.We require a number of parents/ caregivers to help supervise our students at the venue. (Please note that you are not required to enter the water). If you are available to help, we would greatly appreciate it, as we cannot go ahead with this trip if we don't have an adequate number of adults supervising. This is a paper form and this will be sent home with your child today. Please ensure you complete this ASAP and have your child return this to their guardian group teacher. Students will be unable to participate without this form completed. If you have any questions, please email your child's Guardian Group teacher.
