The below covers off some of the house keeping. Where Jellie Park 295 Ilam Road Burnside, Christchurch 8053 Time 28th November 9am – 3pm * Stay for the whole day or just part of it, completely up to you! Please note if we end up with large numbers registered to come along, we may need to look at splitting it into morning and afternoon sessions but will be in touch if this is the case. Parking * There is parking on site at Jellie Park and minimal parking on the road. * You can find out more about travelling to Jellie Park here<https://recandsport.ccc.govt.nz/jellie-park/> Kai * We’ll be firing up the BBQ and providing a sausage sizzle, this will be between 11:30am and 1pm. Schools are welcome to bring their own kai as well. * We’ll have vegetarian options and gluten-free bread available, and we’ll do our best to accommodate other dietary needs — just let us know in advance. * Please bring your own water bottles to use. When you arrive * Reception will be able to point you in the direction you are to go, they will have a list of schools and will be able to tick you off. Supervision * Children aged 8 to 11 years (inclusive) must have a responsible caregiver 16 years or older on site. A supervisor from your school will need to be present the entire session to supervise the children from your school there is not Council ratio for this age group there just needs to be someone present. * Lifeguards will also be at the pools Please bring * Towel and clothes to go back to school in! * Togs underneath your clothes, this just helps a faster transition of getting into the pool.
