FYI — the CCC met on Sun and we decided to holdour event on TUE SEPT 16, 7 to 8:30pm. I will open doors at 6pm. Please have ALEX note to set up round tables andchairs in the parish center/ foyer, and to have 1-2 rectangular tableswith a couple of chairs [over by the kitchen area, as is usually there]. We need a MIKE and the large TV Monitor causethe speaker will be showing pp slides.I don't know how to set these up. Thanks. MARY = There will be a series of Bulletin adsthat the committee members will be creating and we ask for the end of Aug and SeptBulletins. We also will have a few Sun Announcements to be used in Sept. When I see you we cantalk about how to make them happen. Thanks.I will send you the Minutes for the meeting on5/26 after folks look it over. I think that is it for now.
