Date: Thursday 21st August 2025Venue: Barden Park, DubboTimes: The carnival starts at 8:45am and concludes by 3:00 pmSupervision: Mr Andrew Phelan Canteen: There will be a canteen available on the day.Registration: All competitors must be registered and have paid the $10 levy via the csnsw.sport website by Thursday 14th August. If your child is not registered they cannot compete. Permission for your child to attend this event must also be completed via Compass by Thursday 14th August 2025.Events: Attached is a list of events that your child has qualified to compete in. I will email you a program/order of events once it has been confirmed.Travel: Depart from school bus bay promptly at 5.30am and return by approximately 6pm.If you are driving your own child to the carnival can you please let me know.Uniform: Students can wear their school sports shirt or a school athletics singlet. The school athletics singlets can be ordered and purchased from Mr Embroidery for approximately $25. If you are ordering a singlet, please place your order at least 2 weeks before the carnival.If your child is successful in qualifying for the NSWCCC Athletics Championships it will be held at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre on Monday 15th September 2025.If you have any questions regarding this event please contact Mr Andrew Phelan a.phelan@bth.catholic.edu.au
