Primary Personalised Plan (formerly IEP) Meetings

At Raphael’s, we are committed to supporting every pupil in reaching their full potential. As part of this commitment, we invite selected families to attend a follow-up Personalised Plan (previously known as an IEP) Meeting for their child.  This meeting will provide an opportunity to review the goals set earlier in the year, reflect on progress made, and update or adjust goals as needed. Meetings will be held on Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th, Thursday 30th, and Friday 31st October.  Families are requested to book their preferred time via our online booking system on Compass.
