A Space One KAIROS rocket will launch on its third flight after two previously failed flights. It will attempt to loft four satellites to orbit. Payloads are TATARA 1R and the three CubeSats, AETS 1, SC-Sat1a and HErO (Hiroo Engineering for Orbit). KAIROS (Kii-based Advanced & Instant ROcket System) was developed by Space One, a joint-venture of Canon and IHI Aerospace, and is a four stage rocket, using three solid stages and a liquid-fueled fourth stage.
