per Paul Thusius: As a part of fulfilling this command, we as a congregation are going to take part in the ‘Red Letter Challenge’ this Fall. As the name suggests, this challenge will focus on the words that Jesus provides us in scripture, words that often appear in red letters in many bible translations. This adventure, which will begin the weekend of September 26 & 27, combines 40 days of common daily devotions which will challenge you to think and act upon Jesus' words, weekly small group meetings to discuss those devotions and weekly sermons that are focused on the topic of each week’s devotions. The congregation as a whole will have a shared experience of reaching up to God and reaching out to others.
