A China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) Long March (Chang Zheng) CZ-10A rocket will launch on its inaugural flight for an in-flight abort test of the new Mengzhou crew spacecraft. The CZ-10A will be a boilerplate version, modified from a reused static fire article. Together with a boilerplate second-stage, a test Mengzhou capsule, an operational abort tower and a mass-equivalent dummy service module it will launch on a suborbital flight and perform a water landing.
