The Tour itself is booked for a maximum of 30 people at 11am at a cost of £15pp We can reserve a group table in the Grain Store for refreshments before the tour. If you only require beverages you can arrive at 10.30, but if you require food you will need to be seated for 10am. All beverages and food must be pre-ordered and pre-paid. Tea OR Americano with a shortbread biscuit is £3.75pp for our group. If you require a different type of beverage you will have to let us know so that we can obtain a price. We must all choose from the Group Visit Menu on page 4 of the PDF. After lunch you may wish to visit the shops or take an amble around the grounds of Doddington. You don’t have to be part of these group arrangements for drinks and food, you may choose to ‘do your own thing’ but we cannot reserve you a place as part of our group so you will be seated and served as part of the general public and this may mean a long waiting period as the Estate will be busy. So if you now wish to confirm your booking please let us know by email ( even if you have already expressed interest ) with an idea of whether you will be attending the Grain Store before the tour ( for food or just beverages ) and whether you would like a place reserving for lunch at 12.30.
