CHOIRA reminder that the Huanui College Choir is looking for new members for term 3 and 4.  This includes year 7 and 8.  Come along on a Thursday lunch time from 12.45-1.40 for fun, singing, and biscuits. --Freaky Friday - Netball Fundraiser (Wednesday 13th August)Support our Blue Netball team by joining us for an awesome movie night. Meeting at Event Cinema at 6pm, your $35 ticket includes the movie, popcorn, nibbles, a drink and spot prizes! The movie starts at 6.30pmTickets will be available to purchase in U1 every interval, or check out the weekly bulletin for details.Junior Maths Tutoring – Every Wednesday in H5! Whether you need homework help, want to brush up on your skills, or are ready to mentor others, come by H5 every Wednesday. Are you a capable mathematician? We want you to sign up to help others! Our main aim will be writing and editing stories to submit to the Northland Short Story Competition - entries are due 31st August. Please bring your lunch, notebook, laptop and imagination! +++Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC)This competition will be held on Monday, 4 August (Week 3) in the Hamlet Room.  Those involved have been emailed. This is a paper competition (computers are not required). You require a pencil and an eraser.
