A China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT) Long March 2F/G rocket will launch the Shenzhou 22 spacecraft, an uncrewed mission to dock with the orbiting China space station CSS. It will serve as a return vehicle for the SZ-21 crew, as their craft was used for the return of the SZ-20 crew, because their spacecraft was damaged by orbital debris.
