A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket, designated AV-0?, will launch a CST-100 Starliner spacecraft on the first operational post certification mission (designated PCM-1) to the International Space Station under the auspices of NASA’s commercial crew program. After a troubled crewed test flight the Starliner-1 mission was converted to a cargo only flight, to validate modifications for future crewed misdions.
