The hotel will hold 25 rooms for us until Christmas. After this time, rooms will be returned to the hotel and any further bookings will be at normal room rates. Please note: the hotel has kindly offered us these rooms at a significant discount on the 2025 rates. The normal commercial rates for 2026 will probably be significantly in excess of £300. Members will call to make their individual bookings, and will pay a £50 deposit at that time. Please tell the hotel that you are with LinMog, and let Stuart know (sac320@me.com) so he can keep track of the bookings. The room rates are as follows: Coach House (9 of this room type) £160.00 single or £220.00 double Main Hall (9 of this room type) £170.00 single or £240.00 double Mews (5 of this room type) £170.00 single or £240.00 double Spa (3 of this room type) £170.00 single or £240.00 double Main Hall Deluxe (4 of this room type) £180.00 single or £260.00 double Junior Suite (3 of this room type) £180.00 single or £260.00 double Spa Balcony (2 of this room type) £180.00 single or £260.00 double Room rates are per room, per night to include dinner, bed & breakfast and use of the spa facilities. Note: spa use must be booked in advance due to limited numbers in the wet area at any one time and is subject to availability. Note: the main hall does not have a lift, so any guests requiring a ground floor room must make this known to the hotel at the time of booking so that an appropriate room can be allocated. Note: twin rooms are available on request. A private dining room will be arranged for each evening, menus will be organised in advance and a pre-order given prior to arrival.
