DESCRIPTION:This session will be held in-person only in 110 O'Dowd Hall.Th
 is presentation introduces members of the community to effective pathways 
 for addressing campus concerns and conflicts. Attendees will gain a cleare
 r understanding of how to navigate reporting options and how to determine 
 which types of concerns are best directed to each office\, helping to redu
 ce confusion and improve response outcomes. In addition\, participants wil
 l learn about the unique\, neutral role of the Ombuds and how the office s
 upports informal\, confidential conflict resolution at the departmental le
 vel. Through this overview\, attendees will build confidence in addressing
  community issues\, strengthen communication practices\, and develop a dee
 per understanding of the resources available to support a respectful and r
 esponsive learning environment.
