DESCRIPTION:Today is 12 Leefo in the D’ni Calendar\; today the first Com
 mon Library in D’ni was opened. Most likely it was not the one we see to
 day in Ae’gura (an upper-class area)\, but a bigger one in the City.In 1
 20 DE\, King Ri’neref passed away\; with no heir apparent\, he named Ail
 esh to be his successor at the age of 170. While king\, he modeled his lif
 e after his predecessor\; he refused to build a palace for himself until a
  Common Library was built and opened\, so that the lowest commoners of D
 ’ni could have access to the various Ages. Despite a few small disagreem
 ents\, this altruistic goal was completed in 233 DE\, and though the Great
  Library was opened\, he still refused to build a palace. The reigns of bo
 th Ri’neref and Ailesh were very similar. There was much fervor for the 
 new ideals and laws that separated D’ni from Garternay\, and hence there
  was great support for Ailesh\, making his rule a calm one.
